Perkins serves as the Global Chief Strategy Officer for Phillips & Cohen Associates where she leads the corporate and operational strategy of PCA’s global business. Freedman co-founded MRS 29 years ago. He oversees the entire company with his brother/partner and provides vision and direction to the Executive Management Team. He has diversified the company by specializing in collecting on a variety of debt and by focusing on both first and third party collections. He is responsible for execution of the company's mission and instilling an inclusive and compliant culture. He is the executive sponsor of all strategic innovation and responsible for championing the company's digital transformation, most notably its AI enabled Virtual Collection Agent called ADAM.

Paul Hurlocker is the Chief Technology officer at Spring Oaks Capital, LLC. Prior to that, he as the Vice President of the Center for Machine Learning at Capital One, an in-house consultancy and center of excellence for machine learning product delivery, innovation, education, and research and development. Paul joined Capital One through the acquisition of Notch, a machine learning consulting firm that Paul co-founded in 2014.

Sameer Maini, a 20-year veteran of the BPO industry, is the Chief Information Officer for State Collection Services. Prior to joining State in 2021, he was the CIO ACT Holdings and the CTO for Bureau of Collection Recovery. He also had engineering roles with Target and Tata Telecom.

Steve Kusic has been involved with National Recovery Agency since 1984 and currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer. Beginning his career more than 38 years ago in his family’s collection business, He has significant experience and expertise in all facets of operations, call center activity and quality control.

He is a well-known industry thought leader and innovator.

Panelist: Michael Meyer

Michael Meyer, CISSP, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP, CISM, CRVPM II, CRISC, CISA, is the Chief Risk and Innovation Officer of MRS BPO. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s IT, Innovation, Risk Management and Security initiatives. Michael has been with MRS for over 20 years and previously served in the Chief Security and Chief Information Officer roles. He has a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Rozanne Andersen serves as Ontario Systems’ Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. She is a licensed attorney and a 30+ year veteran and advocate of the banking, credit, and collection industry. She holds Chief Compliance Officer certifications from both ACA International and RMAI International. In 2020, Andersen received the Women in Compliance International award as Compliance Officer of the Year. Prior to joining Ontario Systems, Andersen served as former general counsel, director of government affairs and CEO of ACA International.

Dan Medina is the chief information officer at Gulf Coast Collection Bureau, where he has worked for the past six years. He joined the company in 2017 as its director of operations. Prior to that, he was a consultant with TEC Services Group and Director of Information Management with Stellar Recovery.
